Welcome my new laptop and a giveaway!

Hi!

For the last couple of months, I bitched because I didn't have a laptop and only wrote on my ipad. At first, it was great and I was happy with my little new toy, but soon it became obvious that it's not that easy to write several books that count over 80,000 words on it. You have no idea how annoying it was sometimes.

So, I decided to buy a new laptop! I received it a couple of days ago and I'm still learning how to use it and it's fun. (But it also means that I have yet to really write). I even gave it a name... Listen closely, I think it's going to blow your mind. Ready?

I named it Shiny!

Yep. I know it's ridiculous, but I don't even care right now. I'm just too happy and giddy. (See? Who said that it's difficult to make me happy.) :)

So, to celebrate my brand new and perfect laptop, I'll give away 2 ebooks of PATCH UP. I hope you'll be happy to celebrate with me and that you will share with your friends. And tell them to just scroll down right to the rafflecopter. They don't need to read my useless ramblings. ;)

Here it is. Good luck!

2014: Personal Challenge - January

Hi!

Because writing is always difficult and because I often need someone to boost me, I signed up for a challenge over at Bookish Treasure ( http://www.bookishtreasures.blogspot.co.uk/2014/01/2014-personal-challenge-january-goal.html?m=1 ). My friend Laura had that idea for 2014 and I think it's a really great one. I hope you will be many more to sign up since it's a challenge as much for readers, bloggers as it is for writers. Check it out on her blog. :)

Now that I'm done with my ramblings, it's time for my goals this month. Let's see...

1/ Write a scene from Patch Up from Duke POV. I already wrote half of it. I hope you will like it!

2/ Edit two to three more chapters of the sequel of Patch Up. It's not something I'd be able to do without the f-a-b-u-l-o-u-s Wendy, my beta-reader/editor.

3/ Write two more chapters from my Secret Project. It's a New Adult Contemporary romance - stand-alone - that I have a hard time to write. I wrote half of the first draft...

4/ Add a couple of scenes to a fun NA Contemporary novel I'm 'ready' to send to my beta readers if it's worth it. And if they want to read it.

I guess this month is going to be a busy one of I do everything. Wow!

And you, what are your goals this month?

Good Resolutions... Maybe.

Hi!

It's 2014 and it's time to make a list of good resolutions. I won't respect half of them, I know it, but at least I'm making one. (And it gives me a reason to update my blog). ;)

1/ Update my blog more often. Not that I have much to say and not that I'm that interesting, but I have some things that should be great. Stay in tune!

2/ Write 3 novels this year. First drafts only. Don't push too much!

3/ Don't spend so much time on twitter and facebook. I have to focus way more on my writing. Seriously.

4/ Lose some weight. Waaayy needed.

5/ Be better at keeping in touch.

6/ Try to be more patient. Not my forte. This one is going to be difficult.

7/ Buy less books and read the ones I already have. It should keep me busy for the next few years!

8/ Spare some money for a weekend trip to London. After all, it's close from France where I live.

9/ Talk about my books to my family. As weird as it sounds, they don't know I write and that I'm published. And yet, I'm very close to most of them.

10/ Be more outward. I'm too shy most of the time and it might be cute when you're a teenager, but at almost 25 it's just annoying.

I think a list of 10 resolutions is enough. :)

What is on your list if you made one? Anything book related?

And happy new year! I hope you will have a fabulous year.

Happy New Year!

Hi,

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and that you're enjoying your new year celebrations. :)

2013 was a crazy, intense and amazing year. I 'met' amazing people, I received many wonderful messages after Patch Up was released and I never thought I would want to write even more, but I do!

I hope 2014 will be as good or even better - fingers crossed - and that you will be there still for my next releases. :)

Thank you so much for this wonderful year.

Happy New Year!

Don't miss a thing! I've got a Newsletter.

Hi!

It's been a while since I updated this blog. I'm quite busy these days with the first round of edit on Patch Up's sequel and writing a new NA Contemporary Romance, but it's no excuse.

Some of you asked me if I had a newsletter and I didn't at the time. I know how complicated it is to stay updated when you're following many authors, so now it's very easy! Sign up to receive my monthly newsletter and you won't miss a thing. :)

Above on my blog you can find the sign up form. It's very easy and it will make me happy. I might even send a scene from Duke's POV in the first newsletter to thank you.

Feel free to share, sign up and send me an email to tell me which scene from Duke's POV you'd love to read.

You know what to do!

Thank you for your help. <3

I've got some great news!

Hi Sweets!

While the blog tour for Patch Up is still going strong - don't forget to check out the stops, you can win some stuffs - I had an amazing surprise coming from my publisher. :)

I signed a contract for the sequel of Patch Up and for a companion novel that will be Kate and Derek's story!

I've got the biggest smile on my face and it won't leave. I really need to celebrate. That's the best news ever and I hope that my publisher and you won't be disappointed. No pressure!

So far, the release of Patch Up is amazing. The reviews are mostly raving, Patch Up was for a few days in the top 100 in the New Adult and College category on amazon.com and I received so many sweet and moving messages that I don't even know how I made it without being a blubbering mess. :)
I never thought it would be so great.

Now, keep an eye on my blog, twitter and facebook for more news. I can't wait to know more, but one thing is sure... You won't wait a year before the conclusion to Skye and Duke's story.

By My Side: Some News

Hi!

First, I want to thank you for your support now that By My Side is available for Kindle and Nook. It means a lot that you bought and read it. It was the first novel I wrote and it's intimidating to share it with you, but now I can't wait to share with you some of my other stories like Patch Up (you can read the first chapter on my blog).

But that's not why I decided to update my blog! I've got some news about By My Side. Ready?
.

.

Soon, it'll be available in paperback and in audiobook! Yes! There'll be an audiobook of By My Side.

I still can't believe it but I can't wait. It'll be so weird to listen to someone reading it. I don't have any details right now but I should soon chose the person who will record it after I listened to some samples.
It's really exciting and I hope you'll be there for my next projects!
